Why Word and PDF may look slightly different
Microsoft Word uses its own document layout and font-measurement engine. A web browser does not reproduce that engine exactly. The converter therefore renders the DOCX using browser technology and captures that rendered result into PDF pages. Simple reports, letters, tables, images, headings, and standard documents often work well, while advanced layouts may differ.
Supported Word format
This browser tool supports the modern .docx format. It does not process the older binary .doc format. Open a legacy DOC file in Microsoft Word or another compatible office application and save it as DOCX before using this converter.
What happens to editable text?
The PDF produced by this browser method is optimized for preserving the rendered page appearance. Page content is captured from the browser rendering, so selectable text, hyperlinks, form fields, accessibility tags, bookmarks, comments, tracked changes, and other Word-specific features are not guaranteed to remain interactive in the PDF.

Will the PDF look exactly like Microsoft Word?

Which quality option should I use?

Can password-protected Word documents be converted?
