How to organize PDF pages
- Select Choose PDF file and open one PDF.
- Wait for the page thumbnails to appear.
- Drag pages to change their order, or select pages for bulk actions.
- Rotate, duplicate, or delete pages as needed.
- Select Save organized PDF and download the new document after validation finishes.

Reorder pages
Drag page thumbnails into a new position. The visual order shown in the grid becomes the final PDF page order.
Rotate pages
Rotate one or several selected pages 90° left or right. Existing page rotation is preserved and adjusted correctly.
Duplicate pages
Create copies of selected pages. Each duplicate is inserted immediately after the corresponding selected page.
Delete pages
Remove selected pages from the new PDF. The tool prevents deleting every page because a valid output PDF must contain at least one page.
Does organizing a PDF reduce quality?
No page rasterization is intentionally performed when the final PDF is created. The tool copies original PDF pages into the new order and applies page rotation metadata where needed. Thumbnails are used only for the on-screen organizer.
Can I organize many pages at once?
Yes. Use Select all or click individual page cards. Bulk actions can rotate, duplicate, delete, or move multiple pages together.
What happens to the original file?
The original PDF on your device remains unchanged. 2PDF2 creates a separate organized PDF for download.

Is the Organize PDF tool free to use?
Yes. The current 2PDF2 Organize PDF tool can be used without a paid account.
Is my PDF uploaded to 2PDF2?
The selected PDF is processed in your browser and is not intentionally uploaded to a 2PDF2 server for organization.
Can I reorder pages by dragging them?
Yes. Drag a page card and drop it onto another position in the page grid.
Can I rotate only certain pages?
Yes. Select the pages you want and use Rotate left or Rotate right.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Select one or more pages and choose Duplicate. Copies are added immediately after the originals.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs may not open in this tool. Use an authorized method to unlock the PDF first.
