Common ways to insert PDF pages
Add a cover page
Select a one-page PDF and insert it Before page 1 to create a new cover for an existing document.
Add pages in the middle
Insert supporting pages after a specific main-document page, for example after page 5.
Append an attachment section
Choose At the end to add appendices, supporting documents, certificates, or scanned pages after the original PDF.
Insert only selected source pages
The second PDF can contain many pages. Choose only the ones you need, such as 2,4-6,10.
Can inserted pages be reordered?
Yes. The source-page selection order becomes the insertion order. For example, choosing source pages 5,2,1 inserts those pages in the sequence 5 → 2 → 1.
Does inserting pages reduce PDF quality?
The selected source pages are copied into the main PDF rather than intentionally converted into images. This helps retain their original page content, including text and vector graphics.
What happens to the original PDFs?
Both original files remain unchanged on your device. The tool creates a separate output PDF containing the inserted pages.
