How to convert JPG to PDF
- Select Choose JPG images and add one or more JPG or JPEG files.
- Drag the images into the order you want, or use the move buttons.
- Choose the PDF page size, orientation, margins, and image placement.
- Select Create PDF and keep the browser tab open during processing.
- Download the generated PDF when the conversion finishes.

Fit entire image
Keeps the complete JPG visible on the PDF page. Empty space may remain around the image when its aspect ratio does not match the selected page size.
Fill the page
Enlarges the JPG until the selected page area is filled. Parts of the image can extend beyond the page edges and be cropped when the image and page have different proportions.
Match each image
Creates a PDF page based on each image's own dimensions instead of placing the image on A4 or Letter paper.
Local processing
The selected JPG files are processed in your browser instead of being uploaded to a 2PDF2 server for conversion.
Does JPG to PDF reduce image quality?
This tool embeds the selected JPEG image data directly into the PDF rather than intentionally converting the image to another format or applying an additional JPEG compression step. The image may be scaled on the PDF page, but its original JPEG data is retained.
How image order works
Each selected image becomes one PDF page. The order shown in the file list is the PDF page order. You can drag items or use the move-up and move-down controls before creating the PDF.
A4, Letter, or image-sized pages?
A4 is useful for common documents and printing. US Letter is helpful when that paper standard is required. Match each image is useful when you want the PDF page proportions to follow each JPG rather than a fixed paper size.

Is the JPG to PDF tool free to use?
Yes. The current 2PDF2 JPG to PDF tool can be used without a paid account.
Are my JPG images uploaded to 2PDF2?
The converter processes the selected images in your browser and does not intentionally send those JPG files to a 2PDF2 server for conversion. Normal webpage requests to third-party services may still occur; see the Privacy Policy.
Can I combine many JPG images into one PDF?
Yes. Select multiple JPG or JPEG files, arrange their order, and each image will become a separate page in one PDF.
Can I change the image order before creating the PDF?
Yes. Drag images in the list or use the move-up and move-down buttons.
What is the difference between Fit and Fill?
Fit keeps the entire image visible. Fill covers the available page area but may crop image edges when the proportions differ.
Does this tool support PNG images?
This page is specifically designed for JPG and JPEG images. Use a dedicated image-to-PDF tool when support for other image formats is required.
